My work as a therapist is to support the healing capacity that is within everyone.
Integrative therapy combines mindfulness and body-based practices to build awareness of our internal experience, helping us respond to ourselves with wisdom and compassion. It seeks to restore wholeness, and provides a foundation to maintain stability and balance in our relationships and our daily lives.
